Team
The scientific coordination team includes:
Delphine Remillon, scientific coordinator of the WorkLiB project. She is a research director at INED (French Institute for Demographic Studies), within the Economic Demography Unit [UR9]. Her research aims to describe and analyze changes in professional and social mobility, the work–family balance, gender inequalities in career paths, and the life trajectories of certain vulnerable populations (long-term unemployed, precarious workers, and homeless people). She is also co-scientific lead of the longitudinal survey Families and Employers (FamEmp, 2024, 2027, 2030).
Roméo Fontaine, research scientist at INED. He specializes in issues related to family support for older people experiencing loss of autonomy. He is the scientific lead of the KAPPA project – public access conditions for care and autonomy-related public policies, funded by the PPR Autonomy program – and co-scientific lead of the FamEmp survey.
Ariane Pailhé, research director at INED. She is a demo-economist and the scientific lead of the French Observatory of Life Courses (Lifeobs, funded by PIA3), which aims to develop a survey program on family behaviors, enhance data dissemination, and train users. She is also co-scientific lead of the FamEmp survey.
